Process administration

“We did not wish to have differences with the others, but it is not possible, not to have differences, in a world in which all we are different.”

IN OUR CENTER:

Direct Negotiation:
Technical assistance and facilitation for clients who wish to directly communicate between each other without a third party present.

Mediation:
Parties are assisted through the resolution process by one or more mediators familiar with the contextual components of the conflict. Mediators work with disputing parties to develop mutually acceptable, creative, and long lasting solutions which are drafted into a legally binding agreement signed by the parties and mediator.

Arbitration:
arbitration panel makes a legally binding decision (resolution) to the conflict.

Given the specific nature and characteristics of mediation, conciliation, and arbitration, our interdisciplinary team of professional conflict resolvers is able to provide conflict resolution services both in our central offices and wherever our clients may need our services outside of the center.
